On a warm day last week I was painting in Bushy Park.  Forgot (like last year) that it's the start of the deer rutting season, and got some attention from a roaring male whose does had come quite close.  I'm a coward in the face of big animals, and finished the second one of the day very quickly.  Not sure if it was the speed or the adrenalin but that one turned out the best of the day.
